How to use this table
"Location" describes each phase's position inside Sarai relative to the clubhouse, gates and other landmarks, as published on that phase's own project page — not a citywide commute measure. A phase not appearing in the table either hasn't been published as a separate Cairo Key project entry yet or doesn't currently have both a starting price and location on record.
For deeper detail on any single phase — unit types, floor plans, amenities — open its own project page from the table, or visit the Sarai project page for the community overview and the full phase list.

Frequently asked questions
Which Sarai phase is closest to the clubhouse?
Check the Location column above — it's pulled directly from each phase's own published description. Confirm current walking distance with the project's sales team, since site layouts can be refined during construction.
Are all Sarai phases from the same developer?
Yes — all Sarai phases are developed by Madinet Masr as part of the same master-planned community, though each phase can have its own launch date, pricing and payment plan.
Can I compare two specific Sarai phases side by side in more detail?
Yes — use the Compare tool with any two phase project pages to see a fuller side-by-side, including bedrooms, area and delivery, beyond what this summary table shows.
Why do prices differ so much between Sarai phases?
Launch date, position within the community, unit type mix and how much of the phase has already sold all affect pricing — an earlier-launched phase and a newly released one are rarely priced the same. Treat every figure as a dated example, not a current guarantee.
